Last week was the first of three cob workshops at the Community Greenhouse. We completed the first layer of cob on the inside wall with a fabulous crew from all over the watershed and the world!

For those that don't know, cob is a natural building material and plaster that can be made and used by anyone with a little know-how and a lot of labour.

If you'd like to get some experience working with it, come on out on Wednesday May 10 for the next layer!

Join us all day or just for a while - lunch is at 1 pm!

We'll be at the Community Greenhouse in Sik-e-dakh (Glen Vowell) - if you're coming from outside of Sik-e-dakh, turn off the Kispiox Valley Road onto Glen Vowell Road, and head all the way to the river. Turn left on Peter Brown Drive and the greenhouse is two doors in!
