Methane plant [sic] fought
Opponents of a proposed coalbed methane project 400 kilometres north of Smithers have delivered more than 1,700 letters to Royal Dutch Shell opposing the plan. The drilling allegedly will damage wildlife areas, hurting the population of caribou, mountain goats, grizzly bears and salmon in the area known as Sacred Headwaters.
